ProTech Investigative Services is owned and operated by Michael Winfrey, a California licensed private investigator with nearly a decade of Law Enforcement experience and two decades of financial crime investigations experience in the private sector. Michael and ProTech Investigative Services is also certified by the Dept of Justice to take Live Scan and Ink fingerprint impressions and submit them to DOJ/FBI. Michael has made it his business to Serve and Protect and help others do the necessary due diligence to make critical business and personal decisions.
